Dr. Mitchell Reissis Vice Provost for International Affairs at the College of William and Mary. Dr. Reiss has degrees from Williams College, the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Oxford University, and Columbia Law School. During 2003-05 he was on leave, serving as Director of Policy Planning at the U.S. State Department and as the President's Special Envoy for the Northern Ireland Peace Process with the rank of Ambassador.
