Research Assistants

Hans Leonard is a research fellow at the Institute. He received his B.A. in Economics from the College of William and Mary in 2008. His research interests include political conflict and dissident behavior. He also manages projects at the VIPCAT Lab.

Marcus Newland is a research fellow at the Institute. He earned his B.A. in Economics from the College of William and Mary in 2008. His research interests include quantitative and time-series methods.

Christian Howieson, class of 2010, is an Economics and International Relations major.

Tala Karadsheh, class of 2010, is an International Relations major.

Huang Yinxin, class of 2010, is a Finance major.
